Breeze Hill Capital (BHC) was founded on the belief that exceptional execution leads to exceptional results. In the case of the EB-5 program (read more here), results are both a successful visa application and a strong financial return. It is this belief that separates BHC from other EB-5 investment firms. Our Founder saw an opportunity to utilize his team’s operating expertise to address both the shortage of growth capital for small US businesses and the lack of quality investments for EB-5 applicants.
The BHC Difference
We are not a Regional Center by design. We do not invest in real estate-focused opportunities. Rather, we seek out direct investments in operating companies, where our team can have an impact in guiding the business to create jobs and deliver strong returns. In addition, not being a Regional Center offers the following advantages:
- Control – We will be creating direct jobs, which is a primary requirement of the EB-5 program. We are not dependent on tenant occupancy or indirect jobs “hopefully” being created.
- Transparency – There will only be a limited number of investors (3-5 people) per opportunity. As result, the investor will have complete access to all information about the company performance and with whom they are doing business.
- Flexibility – Without a geographic limitation, we will be able to identify the best opportunities, regardless of location.
- Speed and Certainty – EB-5 applications through Regional Centers has come under greater scrutiny by the USCIS over the past couple of years. That path is taking longer and is experiencing higher rejection rates.
For these reasons, we believe that our strategy is superior to other EB-5 programs.
