Ron Hollis is an exceptional leader with strong, diverse skills in technology-based business, marketing, sales, and business systems. His passion is building organizations that can profitably grow, while developing leaders in both the organization and community.

Most recently, Hollis was the founder, CEO and President of Quickparts.com, Inc., which received numerous awards, including 2004 INC 500 (during the first year of eligibility) and 2007, 2006, and 2005 Deloitte Fast 500. In addition, he has awarded 2004 Ernst & Young Finalist Entrepreneur of the Year; 2004 “Innovator of the Year” by Catalyst Magazine; Top 50 Entrepreneurs of Atlanta by Catalyst Magazine; Hot 100 List from Entrepreneur Magazine; and Finalist Small Business Person of the Year from Atlanta Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Hollis earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, as well as a MS and Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) with a focus in management of technology-based business.


Bill McIlwaine has spent his career leading and coaching leaders. Currently, he is the CEO and Founder of PEAK, a consulting firm dedicated to a select group of CEO’s and leaders, who want to reach their full potential personally and professionally. In addition, McIlwaine has been the President and Owner of Renaissance Executive Forums in Atlanta since 2002 and has been successful in working with over 100 business owners and chief executives of companies ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 50’s. He has extensive experience coaching Managing Directors of Private Equity firms and working with their leadership teams on strategic planning and leadership development. He performs a similar role with the leadership teams of their portfolio companies.

Prior to his success as an entrepreneur, McIlwaine led the US division of an international insurance company through a turnaround and grew revenues from $60 million to $325 million in 6 years.

McIlwaine was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and moved to Atlanta in 1992, becoming an American citizen in 2002. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics.


Kirsten Stasney is an independent management consultant advising private equity firms and privately owned middle market companies on financial, market and operational risks associated with management transitions, potential acquisitions, turnaround and restructuring situations.  Ms. Stasney has led the due diligence process for acquisitions of private equity firms and has also provided interim general and financial management leadership for portfolio companies of some of her clients.

From 1987 to 1996, Ms. Stasney held various marketing and financial management positions at Graco, Inc., a world leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment.  Prior to 1987, Ms. Stasney was an Audit Manager for Arthur Young & Company (Ernst & Young) and focused on clients in a variety of industries.

A licensed CPA, Ms. Stasney earned her B.S. in Accounting and B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota.
